In our medical clinics, we provide comprehensive primary care for senior adults with Medicare Advantage plans, focused on delivering improved quality, better patient experience and lower total cost of care. Reporting to the Center Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) has daily responsibility in direct patient care and education and fostering collaborative relationships with providers and other clinical operations staff. Collaborates with the Providers and Center Manager to identify opportunities to improve clinical performance of back-office personnel and functions. Must possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and integrity, driven and focused work ethic. AA/AS degree in Nursing required; BA/BS degree in Nursing (BSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred.
Coordinates patient care assignments to personnel supervised, considering staff competencies, patient population, equipment used, patient condition, environmental factors, infection control, safety factors, and availability of direct/indirect supervision..
