We have partnered with the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program™ to provide resources to help new nurses gain confidence and increase competence during this 12-month program.. Who is enrolled in a nurse residency program?. New graduates may start employment under Graduate Nurse license status (per the State of CT DPH guidelines) with pending license and must successfully complete first NCLEX testing and hold active license within 90 days from graduation date.. By completing the Nurse Residency Program, newly-licensed nurses are able to competently and safely manage a full patient assignment with confidence, and will be well-positioned to become future leaders in the nursing profession.

Ensure that instructional materials and equipment are ready for student use, sufficient in quantity, are properly maintained and are in working order prior to class time. Our Nursing Faculty must meet the requirements as set forth by the OK Board of Nursing..
