Acting as the Manager of the Main OR Surgical Department, you will work collaboratively with the unit's clinical resource leader and the OR Educator to complete the unit's management team, reporting to the Clinical Director of Perioperative Services.. The Main Operating Room Manager acts as a leader in the development of the unit staff and is responsible for the day-to-day operations.. Collaborates with the nurse educator to develop programs designed to assist the staff nurse in the progression of novice to expert in the practice of nursing. Previous management, Charge RN, or Nurse Educator experience required.
