Collaborates closely with the Education Administrative Assistant, Executive Director of Inpatient Operations, Manager of Inpatient Operations, and Assistant Clinical Managers in the planning of the education process for nursing staff. Teaches and monitors the effectiveness of special educational programs/in-services in collaboration with the Education Admin., Manager of Inpatient Operations, Assistant Clinical Managers, and Executive Director of Inpatient Operations. Is familiar with policies of regulatory agencies: JCAHO, Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), Illinois Nurse Practice Act, and Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA). CPR Required: Only certifications issued by the American Heart Association, or the American Red Cross will be accepted.
