Under the general direction of clinical director/area manager, functions independently in the role of expert community health clinician, educator, consultant, case manager, and/or researcher. As part of a multidisciplinary team, develops a broad spectrum plan of care for individuals/families/ population groups. Recent experience in community health, maternal/child health, or mental/behavioral nursing and proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Spanish preferred. Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas is required. Valid Texas drivers license and insured automobile required.
