The Treatment Nurse works under the direct supervision of the Clinic Manager in the daily operation of the medical component of the Adult Day Care Center. The treatment LVN's duties will include monitoring and maintaining skin integrity, health education of participants and families, the provision of treatments as per the treatment plan and as per the physician's orders in the medical record. Provides treatments and patient care as appropriate and as ordered by the PCP under the Treatment Administration Record under the supervision of the Clinic Manager or the PCP.
